Speaker Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) and Guidelines

Global Wealth and Freedom Virtual Summit

1. Speaker Requirements and Participation

  • All presentations will be 30 minutes in length, with a MAXIMUM of 5 MINUTES for sales.
  • Speakers may choose to present live or submit a pre-recorded presentation.
  • Speakers must provide a free bonus for VIP attendees, valued at a minimum of $97 (something that has been sold in the past; no reused or free lead magnets).
  • All speakers must provide 3+ actionable steps to ensure attendees gain tangible value from the presentation.


2. Payment and Refund Policy

  • The speaker fee is $97 (non-refundable unless the speaker is not chosen).
  • Refunds will not be issued for the following reasons:
    • Failure to attend the presentation (No Show).
    • Technical issues preventing participation.
    • Failure to submit a pre-recorded presentation by the deadline.
    • Violation of these speaker guidelines.
  • Speakers not selected for the summit will be refunded immediately.


3. Attendance and Punctuality

  • All speakers presenting live must be online and available 15 minutes before their scheduled time.
  • If a speaker arrives late:
    • Their presentation time will be reduced accordingly.

If the speaker is more than 10 minutes late, they will be marked as a No Show and will not be refunded.


4. Professional Conduct

  • Speakers must behave professionally at all times during the event.
  • Presentations must focus on delivering value with actionable teaching points. A short 5-minute pitch for a product/service is allowed at the end.
  • Any product/service sold must include a 20-40% affiliate commission for Global Citizen Life.


5. Presentation and Technical Guidelines

  • Pre-recorded Presentations: Must be submitted no later than January 20th, 2025 in MP4 format.
  • Live Presentations: Speakers are required to have a stable internet connection, a working microphone, and clear audio.
  • All visible backgrounds during live or recorded sessions must:
    • Be clean and professional.
    • Avoid any distractions for attendees.


6. Promotion Requirements

To ensure the success of the summit for all speakers, each speaker must:

  • Share at least 4 social media posts promoting the event.
  • Send at least 1 email to their list.

Tag all event-related posts with the provided social media handles for confirmation.

8. Agreement

By paying the speaker fee, you agree to:

1. Meet all speaker requirements outlined above.

2. Deliver a presentation that provides value and actionable steps to attendees.

3. Fulfill all technical, attendance, and promotional obligations.

4. Adhere to the refund and attendance policies.
